I can't even begin to explain how much I dislike my neighbour(s).

Today the police visited me and opened with "so I hear you're having a problem with your neighbours?" I replied with "No, we just ignore each other" and then he went on to tell me how my children were seen in the backyard (which, by the way, is shared by all three tenants on the property) and it is believed that they (or me) put nails into the neighbours swimming pool as well as destroyed two bikes and a stroller that they had sitting around outside.

Of course, I couldn't even defend myself because the police officer did not want to listen to it. CrazyNeighbour upstairs, however, went off for about 10 minutes after that about how awful I am and how it is my fault that Children's Aid came to take her children away (they didn't in the end).

She then proceeded to call our local Children's Aid department after the police officer left to report me and to try to have my children and my sister taken away.

Oh, she also wants to file a civil suit against me for calling Children's Aid to begin with and claims that I put up taglines on my MSN that harassed her.

It's all sorts of crazy here. Too bad you're missing out.
